In cooperation with the EU project EPISIS, DAMVAD has developed a measurement instrument for measuring service innovation. The instrument is the first of its kind to specifically address the measurement of service innovation.
The MESEIN (MEasuring SErvice INnovation) project utilises this instrument, enabling DAMVAD to measure service innovation in service companies on behalf of companies, business organisations, and public business policy agencies in various countries.
Measuring service innovation helps:
- Companies evaluate, benchmark and focus their innovation efforts
- Organisations estimate and support innovation efforts
- Politicians design evidence based service innovation programmes and support mechanisms
